II. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We inform the “User” that BIOCYMA will process the personal data that the “User” provides through the online forms for specific purposes, provided that there is a legal basis that legitimizes the treatment, as detailed in the next section.

III. What is the legitimacy for the processing of your personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of data for the purposes a) and b) is the consent that is requested from the “User” to provide commercial information about the services of BIOCYMA.

How long do we keep your personal data?
We will keep the data related to the treatments a) and b) for the duration of the contractual relationship, and until the “User” does not request that we delete them. Right of access
When you exercise your right of access, BIOCYMA will inform you of:
